Physical Therapist 
Job Application

As a staff physical therapist at Physical Therapy Solutions, you will 40 hours a week at one or between 2 of our clinic locations. We operate during normal business hours 8am-5pm.

We offer mentorship and continuing education as part of our ongoing dedication to providing patients with the most up-to-date and high quality interventions.

Requirements – 

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)

• successful completion of the NPTE

• 3 professional references

Preferred Qualifications –

• An enthusiastic approach to working with a wide variety of patients (i.e., sports injuries, elderly, worker’s comp, pelvic floor health)

• A strong desire to be part of a team-oriented workplace
