Justina grew up in LaMotte and attended Bellevue High School. She then graduated from NICC with her Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees. She attended the University of lowa where she graduated with a Health and Human Physiology degree, majoring in Exercise Science. She worked as a Physical Therapy Technician at an outpatient clinic in Jacksonville, Florida where her husband was on active duty in the U.S. Navy.

Later, they moved back to lowa where she graduated from Kirkwood Community College and obtained her Physical Therapist Assistant license in 2020. She completed her doctorate of physical therapy from ____ in 2024.

Justina is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist (C-EP) from the American College of Sports Medicine and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

During her free time, Justina enjoys hanging out with family and friends, cooking, golfing, kayaking, and going to the gym. Justina resides in East Dubuque along with her husband, Spencer. She is excited to be a part of the PTS team in Dubuque where she will make every effort to get to know you and help you conquer your goals!
