Jack was born in Dubuque, lowa and graduated from Wahlert Catholic High School in 2018. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from University of Northern Iowa in 2022, and graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy in May of 2025 from Clarke University.

Jack is eager to work with members of the community, specifically treating orthopedic patients of all ages and athletes. and looks forward to furthering his education by learning new ways to treat patients and becoming certified in various fields of practice.
