Workplace Wellness & Safety Solutions

We're excited to announce the launch of Workplace Wellness Solutions, on-site wellness and safety programming available to employers seeking a healthier and safer workforce.  We provide employers in the community with individualized on-site wellness and safety options to create and sustain a culture of health among their employees.  The official launch date for Workplace Wellness Solutions was Monday July 1, 2013.  Click here to read press release.

On-site biometric health screenings include height, weight, blood pressure, waist circumference, and a fasting finger-stick blood draw for total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and glucose.
Each employee will receive a copy of their health report card with their individual results, healthy ranges for each biometric, and action steps for improvement.


Aggregate data from the biometric screenings show the overall health of the participating employees.  This information is used to implement customized programming to meet the needs of the company to create a healthy worksite culture. 
The findings on this complimentary report will be discussed at a scheduled meeting with our Wellness Coordinator.


Health and Wellness Coaching is a collaborative relationship between client and coach, beginning with the creation of a wellness vision and subsequent sessions on goal setting and accomplishing the steps to lasting change. 
Our WellCoaches® Certified Health & Wellness Coach provides accountability, structure, motivation, and knowledge to employees in order to identify, clarify, and accomplish their individual health and well-being goals.


Our team delivers a variety of on-site workplace safety solutions including CPR/AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens certification training from our American Heart Association Certified Instructor on staff. 
Our licensed Physical Therapists can perform job-site specific ergonomic analysis, as well as provide pre-employment and return-to-work screening assessments. 
While we do stress worksite health and safety prevention, we take an "Industrial Athlete" approach to evaluate and treat worker's compensation employees to get them back to work in a time efficient manner.


On-site wellness educational programs/presentations/quizzes are offered to employees to discuss specific health conditions, risks, or prevention information.  Topics may correlate with aggregate data results gathered through the biometric health screenings, needs and interests surveys, or well-being assessments. 
Employer chooses topics.  Examples may include, but are not limited to the following: Heart Health, Know Your Numbers/Health Scores, Metabolism, Dimensions of Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition, Stress Management, Job Safety and Ergonomics, Brain Health, Life Balance, etc.


Our ACSM Certified Personal Trainer can assist with incorporating more physical activity among employees at the worksite by offering on-site group fitness/stretching classes and individualized personal training sessions at our clinic location.
Individual and team wellness challenge programs are also available to increase employee engagement and participation in healthy activity while at work.  Each web-based program includes motivation and accountability to improve health behaviors.

Use the Blue Zones Project by Healthways and Wellmark to design your worksite wellness criteria and certify your well worksite.  Once registered, employers complete the initial assessment to evaluate areas the worksite scores points and the areas that need improvement.  Employees are encouraged to "pledge" their accomplished wellness actions and complete new ones. 
As a designated well worksite ourselves, our Wellness Coordinator is happy to help walk your wellness committee through the steps and help implement wellness programming that satisfy requirements.

We can provide the worksite with a variety of health-related educational items.  These include informational posters, brochures, newsletters, calendars, trackers, and bundled wellness kits for employees.
